By downloading or using Dumpling Galaxy you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the app on devices you own. The app, its artwork, its characters and its code remain our property.
Purchases
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. It can be restored on a new device with the same store account via "Restore purchases". Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies.
Fair play
Leaderboard scores are validated server-side. We may remove scores or restrict accounts that attempt to cheat, exploit or disrupt the service.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". Online features such as the leaderboard and the daily challenge sync may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
